Complaints
At UHWM, we value your feedback, should you have a complaint regarding our service, then you may put this in writing to us by either writing to our head office, emailing the consultant or sending an email to [email protected]
We expect all such complaints to be made within 7 working days of the incident, and as part of our conflict resolution process, we shall write back to you at your provided correspondence address and address any such matters that you outline.
We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme, and should your complaint be in relation to a real estate service line we offer, and you are not happy with the outcome of our internal enquiry, then you may contact the Property Redress Scheme via their website https://www.theprs.co.uk/
