With our head office in London and regional office in Manchester, we are meeting this surge in demand by expanding our geographical footprint and also expanding our consultancy head count.
We are looking for a candidate that has experience in real estate based coaching programmes, with the aim to position the trainees in developing the real-estate arm of UHWM, sourcing and negotiating new deal opportunities across our portfolio range.
The ideal candidate will have a real estate background and proven ability in sourcing lucrative turnarounds in addition to having a national market awareness regarding the property sector.

Key requirements

  • The preferred candidate will be confident in leading the UHWM real estate programme, responsibilities will extend to creating bespoke coaching material and launching online and ground based learning environments.
  • Adept and averse to instilling business model, business ethics and value propositions within the trainees.
  • Working arrangements will be a hybrid combination of mainly home working, and occasional site visits.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven background in real estate and must be able to demonstrate their value creative achievements.
  • This position will require you to work closely with the business development consultant and brand promotion consultant and to contribute to plans for promotional campaigns.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to large audiences.
  • Intuitive and creative with an ability to attract the target audience.

Ultra High Wealth Management is seeing an increase in demand from its existing client base and a booming new client intake. With our head office in London and regional office in Manchester, we are meeting this surge in demand by expanding our geographical footprint and also expanding our consultancy head count.
We are looking for a candidate that has experience in media campaign rollout, identifying and accessing UHWM target audiences across all sectors.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, well-spoken and have a well-rounded skills set to include hosting online platforms such as you tube channel, interviews, generating online presence within the market space and continuously creating new material to promote the ongoing campaigns.

Key requirements

  • The preferred candidate will be confident in leading the UHWM brand awareness campaigns, responsible for accessing alternative media platforms, and will be responsible for generating new content and new campaigns.
  • Adept and averse to interview techniques.
  • Working arrangements will be a hybrid combination of mainly home working, and occasional site visits.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven background in brand promotion and be able to demonstrate their creative achievements.
